  1. Payment by newly admitted students:
    In the case of new students, once admission is offered, the parents are required to pay One-time admission fees as applicable and mentioned in the Admission Offer Letter.
  2. Payment by newly admitted or Promoted students:
    Promoted students should pay the annual fee in a maximum of three installments where the 1st installment is due on or before 30th June 2023, the 2nd installment is due on or before 30th Sept. 2023 and 3rd is due on or before 31st Dec. 2023. A late fee of ₹ 5000/- is levied for payments received after this date. A delay longer than a month in payment of annual fees without prior permission will attract heavy late fees and many leads to cancellation of student’s name from school rolls. In such cases, re-admission will be considered only on payment of a readmission fee of ₹ 15000/- provided a vacancy is available.
  3. Modes of Payment:
    No cash will be accepted in any circumstances for any sort of fees payment transactions.
    Payment can be made to ‘FORT INTERNATIONAL ACADEMY, PANHALA’.
    It is mandatory to send online money transfer / online payment receipt and / or NEFT/RTGS/IMPS reference number by mail to fia_account@gmail.com once online payment is done.
  4. Admission withdrawal Process:
    Once admission confirmed, if student is withdrawn on or before 30th June, only 50% of ‘Annual fees’ will be refunded.
    Parents should note that more than 50% of ‘Annual fees’ and ‘One-time fees’ are not refundable under any circumstances and no oral or written communication will be made in this regard.
  5. Other Heads:
    Textbooks, notebooks, stationary items tuck shop purchase, minor medical expenses, laundry, haircuts, bed mattress, etc. will be supplied by the school and charged to the Boarder’s personal account. Expenses for hikes, local treks and short educational trips will also be charged to the Boarder’s personal account.
    When the child leaves the school, the Boarder’s personal account balance will be refunded after adjustment of all outstanding dues. The refund will be made earliest within 30 days from the date of leaving school.
